Lead Product Analyst by day, builder after hours.
I work in product management and I believe the best way to understand AI is to build with it. So instead of reading another think piece, I bought a domain and started shipping: this site, a private document workspace, and a growing set of small AI utilities that solve my own real problems.
Everything here is deliberately hands-on: serverless architecture, retrieval-augmented generation, access control, cost tradeoffs. If I recommend it at work, I want to have wrestled with it myself first.
